- Facilities: Guests are welcome to change in the guest changerooms located on the field. Guests are not allowed to use the members changerooms that are
located next to the clubhouse.
YC&AC is no longer selling coupons books for guests/Non-members and have instead installed a new debit card system. This card allows guests to purchase a debit card from the front desk which they can use to purchase food and/or drink. A deposit of either a credit card or ¥10,000 is required to receive the card. At the end of the day or when the guest is finished with the card they must return to the front desk and either sign if they wish to charge to their credit card or receive if any the difference from the ¥10,000 deposit that they paid. If they put the credit card down there is no cap on the spending available but if they put the ¥10,000 deposit down then the limit on the card is also ¥10,000.
- Parking: Carparking is allowed in the lower carpark (near tennis courts) only.
Cost of parking the car for the day is ¥1,500 or for evening (after 5:00pm it is ¥1,000.

- Rules: Guests are unable to use any YC&AC facility outside of the F&B facilities, the guest changerooms and the field.
No outside food or drinks can be brought into the YC&AC.
Any ball that leaves the YC&AC property must be reported to a staff member. Only YC&AC staff can leave the property to retrieve a ball. This is an agreement that we have
with the neighbours.
Please also remember this is a Family club with many children around, watch your language!
- NEW AWS RULES:
1. Please do not bring food and drinks onto the AWS . (Water is acceptable.)
2. Please check shoes do not have high heels or metal spikes or studs.
3. NO SMOKING on the AWS.
4. NO pets on the AWS
5. No chewing gum on the AWS
6. If children are playing on the AWS, please do NOT let them pick up any rubber pellets or pull the grass blades.
